As we step into 2026, Deyaar stands at a pivotal moment in its journey.

The past year has been nothing short of transformative. We strengthened our financial position, expanded our geographic footprint, and launched the most ambitious projects in our history. More importantly, we set the tone for a new era, one defined by scale, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to creating long-term value for our investors, partners, and customers.

Our nine-month results until 30 September 2025 reflect this momentum. Profit after tax rose 23.7 per cent to Dhs406.4m, revenue surged 39.1 per cent, and property development revenue grew 46.4 per cent YoY on the back of strong demand. With assets reaching Dhs7.59bn, we are not only delivering strong financial performance but also laying the foundation for transformative growth – driven by a well-thought-out strategy and a relentless vision for the future of real estate.

Moreover, our strategic expansion is reshaping our national presence. In Abu Dhabi, with the launch of Rivage at Al Reem Island, we are tapping into the rising demand for modern, lifestyle-driven communities while supporting the emirate’s vision for cultural investment and economic diversification. This expansion aligns with evolving demographics and contributes to the nation’s long-term urban development goals.

Our debut in Umm Al Quwain with AYA Beachfront Residences marks a defining milestone. Ranked among the world’s ‘Top 100 Luxury Residences’, AYA offers 442 homes designed around wellness, sustainability, and nature-inspired living. With panoramic Gulf views, direct beach access, and resort-style amenities, AYA sets a new benchmark for coastal living and reinforces Deyaar’s leadership in premium lifestyle destinations.

Building on these milestones, our ambition reached new heights with Downtown Residences — a 445-metre tower spanning over 110 floors. Set for completion in Q4 2030, it will be our tallest and most iconic development to date, redefining ultra-luxury living and affirming Deyaar’s ability to shape landmark destinations in prime locations.

Another highlight was our Investors Connect event in November 2025 in Dubai. Focused on AI and innovation, it brought together institutional investors, analysts, journalists, and key stakeholders for open dialogue on our performance and future direction. The event reaffirmed our commitment to transparency and showcased the depth of Deyaar’s transformation, from a developer of individual buildings to one of the UAE’s most dynamic and fast-growing real estate companies.

We continue to expand our established communities. The final phase of Park Five in Dubai Production City has been launched, with completion expected by 2027. These developments demonstrate our commitment to creating future-ready, high-quality communities that cater to families and investors alike. Delivery remains vital to our credibility.

The handover of Amalia in Al Furjan is underway, and we are staying on track to deliver approximately 2,000 units in the coming months. It includes the handover of our luxury residential development, Regalia in Business Bay.

As we enter the new year, our path is clear: deepen our national presence, accelerate AI-driven innovation, and create communities rooted in sustainability, wellness, and modern living. Guided by Dubai’s D33 Agenda and the UAE 2040 Urban Master Plan, we are building for today and for generations to come.

To our investors, partners, and customers: thank you for your trust and confidence. With a strong balance sheet, a diverse pipeline, and a bold vision for the future, Deyaar is ready to lead its next era of growth – stronger, more ambitious, and more united in purpose than ever before.
