This year marked a clear inflexion point in the UAE’s ambition to lead the next phase of global AI development. Through sustained investment in digital foundations and sovereign AI capabilities, the country has moved decisively from ambition to execution. For Inception, this moment defined both our evolution and our role in helping to translate that national vision into real-world impact.

Founded in 2017 as a research institute, Inception was built to push the boundaries of AI science. Our transition to a product-first organisation was guided by a deep commitment to turn deep research into AI-native products that deliver precise, scalable, and responsible intelligence in environments where accuracy and timeliness are critical.

This past year marked our first full year operating in that model, and it has validated both the strategy and the opportunity ahead.

Today, Inception operates as the intelligence layer of the G42 Intelligence Grid, developing the models, reasoning engines, and domain-specific products that power decision-making across complex systems. Our priority is enabling organisations to move from fragmented data to confident action, compressing time to value while raising performance, trust, and accountability.

At the centre of this focus is (In)Sight, our flagship decision intelligence platform. Designed for executive and institutional use, (In)Sight helps leaders see patterns, risks, and opportunities as they emerge, enabling faster and more informed decisions in high-stakes environments. Alongside it, (In)Alpha delivers advanced financial and investment intelligence, supporting more precise analysis of markets, portfolios, and capital allocation in an increasingly volatile global landscape.

These capabilities are already delivering measurable outcomes in production environments. Within our parent organisation, G42, procurement teams deployed our (In)Procurement product to transform sourcing and supplier management. The result was a 40 per cent reduction in sourcing and contract cycles, a reduction in turnaround time from three months to 10 days, cost savings of 7 to 10 per cent, and compliance levels exceeding 90 per cent. This deployment reflects how our intelligence translates into operational value at scale.

Our momentum as a commercial organisation was clearly visible at GITEX Global 2025, where we demonstrated how AI-native products can improve decision-making, uncover new insights, and optimise complex systems across industries. We also announced strategic collaborations with partners, including Mirror Security, Brain Co., and McKinsey & Company, extending the reach of UAE-built intelligence into regional and international markets. These partnerships reinforce our shared commitment to building AI solutions that are trusted, deployable, and outcome-driven.

While our core focus has been the advancement of our AI-native enterprise products, we remained steadfast in strengthening the model and evaluation foundations that make this progress possible. In partnership with MBZUAI, we launched the AraGen Leaderboard, introducing a structured evaluation framework for Arabic large language models (LLMs) using the 3C3H metric to balance factual accuracy and usability. We also expanded our multilingual model portfolio with SHERKALA, a Kazakh language model, which joins JAIS for Arabic and NANDA for Hindi in supporting generative AI innovation across emerging and global markets.

From an industry perspective, we continue to extend our portfolio with specialised intelligence tailored to real operational needs, including (In)Energy for optimising energy systems, (In)Media for content intelligence and workflow automation and (In)Climate for hyperlocal weather and climate forecasting.

Looking ahead, our investment will remain targeted and disciplined, focused on agents at scale and products that address specific industry challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

Entering 2026, our direction is clear. We will deepen our flagship products, develop agents at scale, expand the global reach of UAE-built intelligence, and continue strengthening the trust, transparency, and performance that customers expect from AI. Our ambition is to drive impact that endures. We will build intelligence that matters, deliver outcomes that last, and help ensure the UAE remains at the forefront of AI development and real-world adoption.
