He currently serves as global co-head of corporate and investment banking and CEO for ASEAN and South Asia. Previously, he was regional CEO for Africa and the Middle East, where he led the bank’s digital transformation, launching online banks in nine African markets and digitising its wealth-management platform. Kaushal has also held leadership roles across India, Singapore, Taiwan, and the UAE.
