Public parking in Dubai will be free of charge, excluding multi-storey parking, from Monday, December 2 until Tuesday, December 3
The DA2 route, with a two-hour frequency, begins its first journey from DAMAC Hills at 5:47 am and continues until 9:32 pm daily. Both routes are priced at Dhs5 per journey
According to the RTA, Dubai Metro’s Red and Green Lines served 2.32 million riders during the period
The adjustments in service hours ensure parking and public services are accessible for residents and visitors during the month of Ramadan
This state-of-the-art system enables passengers to make payments without tickets, Nol cards, or credit cards
The number of metro riders on both the Red and Green Lines during the holiday reached 2.388 million riders
All public parking – except at multi-level parking terminals – will be free from Tuesday, June 27 to Friday, June 30
RTA has also announced revised timings for its other services during the long weekend
The transit modes will help transport fans across Dubai as well as those travelling to Qatar to attend the tournament
The new city will feature offices, leisure and sports facilities, food and entertainment venues and a mall

The metro system, the third one planned in the Kingdom, is estimated to cost around $9.3 billion.
A mix of US, British and Qatari firms will all manage the various lines and stations as part of the planned $36 billion system.
