Mega Movers and Shakers Rishi Kapoor Co-Chief Executive Officer, Investcorp Rishi Kapoor is responsible for overseeing Investcorp’s private equity businesses in North America and India, as well as the firm’s global real estate, credit management, absolute returns, strategic capital, and insurance solutions divisions. Kapoor joined Investcorp in 1992 from Citigroup and served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer from 2003 to 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Kapoor is actively involved with Duke University as a member of its Middle East Regional Advisory Board and is also part of the Oxford Energy Policy Club. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the National Bank of Bahrain, Gulf Air Group, Bahrain Airport Company, and Gulf Aviation Academy.
