John Paul Alukkas chose a humble beginning as a trainee post his graduation, to understand the nuances of the business. With a keen eye for retail and marketing, he has since risen through the ranks and currently manages the Joyalukkas group’s international operations with a focus on expansion.

As the company, which has over 8,000 employees across 11 countries, seeks to grow further, the younger Alukkas – emulating the business sense of his father – intends to carry on the legacy.
