Bringing together 37 partners, Microsoft is demonstrating how autonomous AI systems are transforming how organisations and communities operate, enabling them to plan, reason, and act independently while collaborating with people to achieve shared goals. The company said it will showcase how teams of AI assistants can synthesise complex data to provide government leaders with data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and real-time decision support to improve civil services and quality of life in the UAE. “Agentic AI represents the next phase of digital transformation, one that empowers organizations to move from insight to action autonomously,” said Amr Kamel, GM, Microsoft UAE. “At Microsoft, we are proud to be working hand in hand with our partners and customers across the UAE to build this new era responsibly. Among the features at Microsoft’s stand is an AI Experience Zone, showcasing advancements in Copilot and AI agents through hands-on demos, partner showcases, and open discussions. Visitors can also explore the Xbox Zone and a Glambot activation, designed to add a creative, experiential element to the exhibit. The announcement comes as the UAE strengthens its role as a global leader in AI adoption and innovation. Microsoft said it continues to support national initiatives such as the AI National Skills Program, which aims to train 100,000 government professionals and 1 million citizens, through responsible AI practices and partnerships. With local datacenters in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the company provides secure, enterprise-grade cloud services within the UAE’s regulatory framework. Microsoft said it remains committed to advancing ‘Responsible AI’, built on ethics, transparency, and security, and continues to collaborate with partners including G42 to develop sovereign cloud and AI frameworks aligned with local needs and values.
