This year, the body was restructured to include three divisions: Dubai Chamber of Trade, the Dubai Chamber of International Trade and Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy which will focus on startups and tech-focused companies. Over 27,800 new members joined the Dubai Chambers in 2021, a 60 per cent year-on-year growth, with the value of exports and re-exports of its 287,000 member companies amounting to Dhs227bn. Buamim, is well on course to realise the emirate’s soaring economic potential.
