The new rules are effective starting Tuesday, November 23

The directive is effective from 1am, on Sunday, May 30

Effective February 1, people will have to show Covid-19 negative test results via the Al Hosn app
Vaccinated drivers will be offered free PCR tests every seven days
The new testing stations have been established on both sides of Al Faya Road, before Ghantoot
A PCR test will now cost Dhs85 – down from Dhs250 – at all Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) centres
Residents and visitors are also mandated to adhere to approved quarantine protocols
The new centres include two in Dubai’s Rashid Port and Al Khawaneej area and one each in Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah
The mechanism for extending the exit and return visa is yet to be announced
