Meanwhile, KHC announced an investment of £232.9m ($276m) in UK’s Phoenix Group in 2022, and led a Series C funding round for Saudi grocery delivery startup Nana earlier this year. Alwaleed Philanthropies, the humanitarian organisation that Prince Alwaleed chairs, has spent more than $4.4bn on social welfare, and has initiated over 1,000 projects in more than 189 countries for over four decades.
