Home Covid-19 GCC Covid-19 update: Oman registers 256 cases; 470 cases reported in UAE The death toll in the UAE stands at 390 by Zainab Mansoor September 7, 2020 UAE The Ministry of Health and Prevention has reported 470 new Covid-19 cases, 438 additional recoveries and two deaths in the preceding 24 hours. The new cases were detected as an result of 57,506 tests, conducted to screen for the virus. Since the virus outbreak, a total of 74,454 people have contracted the infection, including 66,533 patients who have now recovered.
