Dubai developer Emaar Properties is set to launch a new residential collection adjacent to the Dubai Opera in Downtown Dubai.
The all-new ‘Act One | Act Two’ residences are located within 52- and 46-storey towers that are designed to resemble the Dubai Fountain.
The collection features 718 residential units including one, two, and three-bedrooms, and a limited collection of penthouses located on the highest two levels.
The homes offer views of Burj Khalifa and the Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard.
A promenade also opens to the view of the Dubai Opera with high-end retail and exclusive cafes. Amenities include a health club, spa, infinity pools and swimming pools, along with 24-hour concierge and security.
The development also features a podium connection to Burj Khalifa and swirling roof terraces and balconies.
Act One | Act Two will be launched internationally with a sales event in London on Wednesday, August 10, at Harrods followed by the Dubai launch on Thursday, August 11, 2016 at the Emaar sales centres.
Emaar managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi said: “Act One | Act Two are truly a defining destination of choice for all culturally inclined as they now have the unique value proposition of living right next door to Dubai Opera.
“The international launch of the project underlines the strong demand from discerning investors.”
The launch follows strong investor interest in the Dubai Grand and Forte residences in The Opera District, Emaar said.
The overall Opera District features luxury hotels, homes, a retail plaza, waterfront promenades and parks. Emaar has launched three towers in the district – The Address Residence Dubai Opera, Forte and Opera Grand.
Scheduled to open this month, the 2,000-seat multi-format Dubai Opera will feature performing arts, concerts, theatre, operas, art exhibitions and film events.
