Dedicated lane for emergency and transport vehicles in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Police has issued a directive regarding the usage of the right lane on King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz street.

Effective Sunday, December 1, the right lane on the King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz street – in both directions – will be reserved exclusively for emergency vehicles, public transport buses and taxis, Abu Dhabi police tweeted.

Motorists who fail to comply will face a fine of Dhs400.
