Home Jobs These are the best places to work in the UAE in 2023 The top five companies to work for in the large category include McDonald’s, Leminar Group, Al Dabbagh Group, Centrepoint and Chalhoub Group by Kudakwashe Muzoriwa March 8, 2023 Great Place to Work, a global research and consultancy firm, has revealed the UAE’s great places to work with five governmental, 25 large and 50 small and medium organisations making this year’s list. The top five UAE companies to work for in the large category include fast-food chain McDonald’s, air-conditioning company Leminar Group, family conglomerate Al Dabbagh Group, fashion retailer Centrepoint and luxury retailer Chalhoub Group, the study showed. Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, Sharjah Electricity Water and Gas Authority, Government of Sharjah – Department of eGov and Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority were identified as the top five government workplaces in the country. “The organisations that made it to the list have proven that employee well-being does not need to be comprised to achieve growth, in fact, both go hand-in-hand,” the firm said.
