The National Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) has recommended work-from-home for employees of public and private sectors on May 2 and May 3, due to the unstable weather conditions forecast by the met authorities.

The disaster management authorities have recommended work-from-home for employees except for those in essential roles.

The NCEMA added that authorities would close down roads in areas such as valleys as well as those prone to water accumulation.
