Swissôtel Antalya Kalkan slated to open in 2025

The upcoming property in Türkiye will feature 245 rooms and have a stretch of private beach access too

Accor has partnered with Fenix Companies Group to expand its footprint in Türkiye by recently announcing that it will open Swissôtel Antalya Kalkan in 2025.

Located along the bay of Kalkan, it will have a private beach stretch and an outdoor swimming pool, with the entire project covering 39,615 sqm.

Swissôtel Antalya Kalkan will feature 245 rooms, two restaurants offering fine dining experiences, a Café Swiss, two bars, a private beach, a swimming pool, and a 900 sqm fitness and spa facility.

Leisure amenities at the property will include a 900 sqm fitness and spa facility. The hotel will also feature a beauty salon, yoga studio, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath and massage rooms.

Accor builds global footprint

Swissotel Hotels and Resorts operates 34 properties in 20 countries, with 33 in the pipeline. Its parent Accor meanwhile has over 5,500 properties in more than 110 countries, with 1,262 hotels in the pipeline.

Apart from Accor, another hospitality major – Marriott International – also recently signed 13 deals for properties in Türkiye comprising more than 2,000 rooms. Marriott currently has a portfolio of 48 properties and nearly 8,000 rooms across 21 brands within the country.
