The villas will range from 300sqm to 1,600sqm in the wider SAR10bn ($2.66bn) Shams Ar Riyadh development overlooking Wadi Hanifa.

The master project includes residential, commercial, educational, medical, recreational and religious aspects with retail centres, schools, restaurants, gardens, governments offices and mosques.

So far, more than SAR1bn ($266.6m) has been invested in infrastructure including main access roads and two power substations.

Dar Al Arkan has partnered with Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) for a 600-unit residential complex covering 1.8 million square feet of the master plan’s five million.

“Mirabilia will redefine luxury living, offering its residents exclusive experiences right here in Riyadh, in this vast unique landscape that combines meticulously curated urban indulgence from the high-end Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli with the alluring Wadi Hanifa’s marvels,” said Dar Al Arkan chairman Yousef Bin Abdullah Al Shelash.
