Opening to the public on June 20, access to the trail will be free throughout the year. The track is the first of its kind in Dubai and offers various pathways tailored for both beginners and experienced mountain climbers, aiming to deliver a satisfying adventure experience. Dubai Municipality has laid out trail etiquette Signage with directions, safety instructions and trail etiquette have been provided for visitors and hikers to follow, including those related to gear, drinking water, etc. Children between the ages of 12 and 15 will be allowed to use the tracks only if adults are accompanying them. #DubaiMunicipality dedicated a walking track in Mushrif National Park, spanning approximately 10 kilometres. The 1,300 acre park has plenty of barbecue areas, picnic spots and restaurants on site. There are also sports facilities such as swimming pools, bicycle tracks, mountain biking trails and a football field, among others. The park is also home to tree-top adventure course Aventura, where visitors can swing from branches and zip-line across 80 exciting challenges. The park is also home to Mushrif Equestrian Club and Al Thuraya Astronomy Center. Mushrif National Park is open every weekday from 8am until 10pm, and until 11pm on the weekends. Entrance per person is Dhs3 and Dhs10 for a car. In other news, Snow Abu Dhabi, the world’s largest indoor snow park, opened on June 8. It features 20 rides and attractions, including the Crystal Carousel, Polar Express Train, Flight of the Snowy Owl, Snowflake Garden and Enchanted Tree, offering year-round snow adventures.
