From April 21, Chef Rahul Rana will be serving a 16-course degustation menu that spotlights the season’s choicest vegetables and produce from local farms. Vegetarian cuisine never tasted this soulful or sumptuous! Vegan and gluten-free options are available too.

Sweeten up your Eid celebrations with dessert bar BRIX’s two new limited-edition offerings, layali and pistachio flan cake. Layali offers diners a selection of bites in pistachio, raspberry, white chocolate, elderflower, caramel and a banana passion coffee mousse paired with a refreshing strawberry, saffron, rose and dates drink. The pistachio flan cake is a luscious combination of pistachio pralines and vanilla flan served on a crisp base of almond flakes, white chocolate and more pistachio pralines.

Arriving in town just in time for Eid Al Fitr, the Etisalat Beach Canteen has become the city’s favourite dining pop-up.
