The samples are tested in a laboratory and the results are shared with customers digitally. As part of the Premium Home Check-in Service, agents check in travellers for their flights, print their boarding passes (subject to airline approvals), weigh and tag their baggage and ensure that they are delivered to the airport and loaded onto the aircraft. All baggage is treated with a disinfectant to remove any germs and provide protection from microbes for up to 72 hours. Once customers arrive to the airport, an agent will be on-hand to fast-track them through the airport. “We are delighted to add convenient and safe home Covid-19 testing to our marhaba offering. Its chauffeurs adhere to safety protocols, with the cars undergoing strict disinfecting procedures after each trip. Its lounges meanwhile offer touchless payment options and are frequently sanitised too.
