Under Al Falahi’s leadership the society has worked in countries including Yemen, Palestine, Bosnia, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Greece, India, Somalia, the Philippines, and elsewhere. In doing so, Al Falahi and his team have positively impacted the lives of countless numbers of people by bringing them aid and relief in various forms, as well as organising awareness programmes, providing training, organising the sponsorship of orphans, and more.
