Showing design talent at an early age, Saab studied in Paris before opening a boutique in his native Beirut, where his reputation soon spread across the region. His star grew rapidly in Europe and then globally after he presented a range at Milan Fashion Week in 1998. He famously dressed Queen Rania of Jordan for her enthronement and actress Halle Berry at the 2002 Oscars when she won Best Actress.
