The UAE’s focus on gender equality has enabled us to assume leadership roles, particularly in AI, cybersecurity, and data management, which are crucial to the nation’s digital future.

As the UAE advances as a global tech hub, Emirati women will lead in shaping policies, managing projects, and mentoring the next generation of tech leaders.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen numerous initiatives empowering Emirati women into leadership roles. At Mubadala, mentorship and talent development programs were pivotal.

At Khazna, we continue this by offering leadership training and networking opportunities, genuinely empowering women to lead and excel.”
