Dubai’s skyline is set to get a new icon with the national carrier unveiling plans to develop Emirates Residences, a 380-story mega-project poised to elevate the city’s real estate landscape.

Premium interiors inspired by Emirates

Emirates Residences aims to merge the world of aviation with luxury real estate, offering residents an immersive living environment reminiscent of the airline’s acclaimed in-flight experience.

The combination of Emirates’ brand and quality to a new development pushes the boundaries of branded real estate in the UAE.

The airline, in its social media post, described the planned development as a combination of “premium interiors exuding sophistication and elegance, mirroring the comfort and style synonymous with Emirates.”

Exclusive airport access

One of the most distinctive features of Emirates Residences is its exclusive airport, dedicated solely to the convenience of its residents.

This private airport facility will cater exclusively to the needs of Emirates Residences’ inhabitants, providing seamless connectivity and access to domestic and international travel destinations.

Construction

The construction on Dubai’s newest super-tall tower is slated to commence in February 2025.

With its opulent interiors, exclusive airport access, and towering stature, Emirates Residences is poised to set a new benchmark for luxury living in Dubai.

April Fool’s Day

However, two key details makes this project questionable – at 380 floors tall this development would throw a shadow on Burj Khalifa which comprises of 163 floors so how realistic is this project. Also, the construction, according to Emirates is slated for February 31, 2025 – a day which will never come.

On that note, Happy April Fool’s Day everyone!
