The parking machines are updated to include an interactive touch screen, allowing the customer to enter the vehicle’s information and obtain an e-ticket, saving time and effort. #RTA — RTA (@rta_dubai) May 17, 2020 RTA had announced its e-parking ticket initiative in January this year, adding that upgraded parking metres will be installed over multiple phases starting from Q1 2020 till the end of 2022. The eParking tickets will be similar to text messages for mobile phones, it had said at the time.
