However, multi-storey parking during the holidays will remain paid, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has said. Paid parking will resume from May 7, onwards. The RTA has also issued a list of revised timings for public transport operations for the Eid Al Fitr holidays. Public Parking: Parking fees will be free of charge (except for multi-story parking) from 30 April until 6 May 2022. Read: UAE announces protocols for Eid Al Fitr According to the directives, Eid prayers and the Khutbah combined must not exceed 20 minutes, while the entry and exit of worshippers would be supervised by police patrols, volunteers and imams, to prevent overcrowding and maintain order.
