Dubai’s Emirates suspends Nigeria flights until September 30

Customers who have been to or connected through Nigeria in the last 14 days will not be permitted on any Emirates flights bound for Dubai

Dubai’s Emirates’ flights to and from Nigeria will remain suspended until September 30, 2021.

“Customers who have been to or connected through Nigeria in the last 14 days will not be permitted on any Emirates flights bound for Dubai,” the carrier said on its website.

Affected flight bookings have been cancelled, it added.

The carrier advised customers whose flights have either been cancelled or impacted by route suspensions due to Covid‑19 restrictions, to hold on to their ticket and get in touch with the carrier when flights resume.

“Emirates regrets any inconvenience caused,” the carrier added.

Emirates resumed its services to Saudi Arabia from September 11.
