Dubai Properties launches third phase of Amaranta cluster

Dubai Properties has announced the launch of the latest phase of its Villanova master community in Dubailand.

Construction of the third phase of Villanova’s Amaranta area, comprising 300 three- and four-bedroom townhouses with a Spanish façade, will begin in the fourth quarter.

Dubai Properties said the wider Amaranta 3 would span 18,000 square metres of manicured gardens and common spaces with private parking, barbecue and picnic areas, a swimming pool, playground, sports court, cycling track and running track.

The cluster is due to be finished by the fourth quarter of 2020.

The wider Villanova master development is located at the at the intersection of the Dubai – Al Ain Road with Emirates Road.

The project was first launched in October 2016 and comprises a number of clusters featuring different property types.
