The announcement of the launch follows high demand for the community in Dubailand, as per a statement by the master developer. Since its establishment, the project has been recognised for its family-oriented community, spacious living areas, and promoting an active lifestyle through various facilities in the development, said Dubai Properties. Mudon development amenities The Mudon community is made up of villas and townhouses, along with retail amenities such as restaurants, shops, and health clinics. The layout of the community integrates indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to energetic lifestyles and growing families. The development also features fitness stations, kids’ play areas, picnic spots, family and kids’ swimming pools, jogging tracks, dog parks, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and meditation areas – providing ample spaces for relaxation, socialising, and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. Dubai Properties said that Mudon Al Ranim community will feature amenities typically found in larger, premium villa developments such as floor-to-ceiling windows that open into the private garden, high ceilings, and state-of-the-art interiors. The townhouses in Mudon Al Ranim are in a single-row configuration, which ensures privacy while providing access to the development’s green spaces. “Mudon Al Ranim exemplifies our unwavering commitment to meeting the ever-evolving needs of homeowners,” stated Khalid Al Malik, chief executive officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate. “Our design philosophy is not to follow, but rather to lead the market.
