Though stock in OCI fell last year, the youngest son of Egyptian magnate Onsi Sawiris also owns 7 per cent of Adidas and 5 per cent of cement giant LafargeHolcim, which both saw gains of 58 per cent and 7 per cent respectively. Nassef replaces his brother Naguib on this year’s power list owing to the latter’s resignation as CEO of Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding (OTMT) in December.
