Al Rumaihi currently serves as the chairman of Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), having been appointed to this position in October 2023.

In addition to his role at Alba, Al Rumaihi is the executive chairman of Amriya Group. Under Al Rumaihi’s leadership, Alba reported robust financial results for the year ending December 31, 2024.
