Home UAE Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi golden visa holders to receive range of exclusive benefits It includes special offers across several sectors including automotive, insurance, banking and real estate by Varun Godinho March 3, 2022 The Abu Dhabi Residents Office (ADRO) on Thursday outlined several benefits that holders of the Abu Dhabi Golden Visa will receive within the emirate. These include exclusive offers on cars, flexible local and international insurance plans, hospitality discounts and hospitality bundles, exclusive discounts on selected real estate projects and dedicated customer service too for real estate enquiries, as well as special facilities for opening bank accounts. Holders of the visa will also be able to access competitive savings rates as well as special offers for investors. The ADRO is a division that was launched last year by the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED). There have been several initiatives to attract talent to the emirate via the golden visas. The visa grants doctors and their families ten years of residency rights in the country to live, work and study without the need of a national sponsor. This VIP package costs Dhs4,000 per applicant, and covers services including Emirates ID, passport pickup and drop-off, and visa hold services for dependents. Read: Abu Dhabi launches new VIP package for doctors to secure golden residency visas Earlier last year, in July, the ADRO picked Hub71 in Abu Dhabi to endorse exceptional tech talent for their Entrepreneur Golden Visa from Abu Dhabi. Hub71 will review applications from entrepreneurs operating across several technology sectors including fintech, healthtech, edtech, e-commerce, AI and big data. To be eligible, entrepreneurs must own a successful project in the UAE with a minimum valuation of Dhs500,000. State news agency WAM added that in collaboration with ADRO, Masdar City Free Zone is working to promote the golden visa to eligible candidates under the qualifying sectors including, investors, entrepreneurs, specialised talents, researchers in various fields of science and knowledge and students with promising scientific capabilities.
