Beyond Limits inaugurates regional headquarters in the UAE

Beyond Limits, an industrial and enterprise-grade artificial intelligence (AI) technology company, inaugurated its headquarters in Dubai, UAE, with an opening ceremony that marked the company’s expansion to Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The new office, located in Dubai Internet City, will act as a platform for the company to drive its operations in EMEA.

The event was attended by Ammar Al Malik, managing director of Dubai Internet City and Dubai Outsource City, Dr Khem Emrith, head of industrial engagement at Mohammed Bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence, AJ Abdallat, founder and CEO of Beyond Limits and Kenneth Habson, managing director EMEA at Beyond Limits and a group of partners and industry stakeholders.

AJ Abdallat said: “The UAE and other countries in the region are taking bold steps to establish a culture of innovation and set AI strategies that enable the digital transformation of their economies, and Beyond Limits is committed to using advanced artificial intelligence to close the skills gap and improve human performance. I believe that we have a lot of synergy with the leading industries of the Middle East, and we look forward to exploring the new opportunities that the region represents.”

At ADIPEC 2021, Beyond Limits showcased technology solutions that can help the oil and gas industry to become more efficient and improve sustainability. Beyond Limits which uses a vast portfolio of sophisticated technology developed for NASA space missions, demonstrated cognitive AI solutions that can help the energy industry in addressing some of the difficulties it faces. Its cognitive AI solutions integrate historical and real-time data with embedded human knowledge and human-like reasoning to assist businesses in making more informed decisions in both upstream and downstream scenarios.

The company also recently partnered with G42 where the latter led a milestone funding round to boost Beyond Limits’ scale and reach in the Middle East across other markets, and to explore synergies between the two companies in applying advanced AI solutions.
