UAE’s ENOC signs agreement with Egypt’s Royal Marine Services

UAE’s ENOC group has signed a three-year agreement with Royal Marine Services in Egypt to distribute the former’s marine lubricants.

ENOC has been strengthening its presence in Egypt with partnerships to expand the group’s footprint, a statement said. The marine lubricants’ industry in Egypt is growing at a steady pace with annual transactions, covering local and international lubricants, at over 24 million litres.

Our latest partnership with Royal Marine Services is another milestone as we continue to support the overall growth of the maritime and shipping sector at an international level.”

Established in 2007, Royal Marine Services specialises in fuel, lubricants, operational and financial solutions for the maritime and energy trading industry worldwide. Their services extend to nearly all ports of Egypt. Meanwhile, ENOC supplies lubricants to a wide range of marine vessels including offshore supply boats, container liners, tankers, navy and coastguard ships, through a transport network including road tanker trucks and pipelines. It also provides lubricants and greases that are designed for applications in industrial and marine sectors.

ENOC Group’s marine lubricants portfolio is distributed in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, Kenya, Djibouti, Mauritania, Togo, Ghana, South Africa, Spain, Namibia, Greece, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Egypt, Tanzania, Cameroon, Senegal, Congo, Angola, Cote d’ Ivoire and Gabon.

While ENOC Misr, a joint venture between Proserv Egypt Group and ENOC will be handling the local marine market, Royal Marine services will manage the international marine market for ENOC Group.

Earlier this year, the group’s digital mobile fuel delivery service signed an agreement with Expo 2020 Dubai to supply its fleet with over 1 million litres of fuel.
