The ADNOC Rewards programme, initially announced earlier this month, will offer customers access to exclusive benefits from ADNOC Distribution and partner entities, a statement said. The initiative, based on customer feedback, is starting with the ‘Fuel Up and Fly Off’ offer which will give select customers round-trip tickets with Etihad Airways. Those who refuel their vehicles with a minimum of Dhs60 or spend Dhs30 at ADNOC convenience stores or for car service purchases, will hold a chance to win economy class roundtrip tickets to any Etihad Airways global destinations, the statement said. Additionally those customers who pay using the ADNOC Wallet will qualify to win business class tickets, and those who purchase Super 98 fuel will gain an additional entry, the statement said. In the first rewards Fuel Up and Fly Off offer, 14 winners will be selected via a lucky draw to win 28 roundtrip Etihad Airways weekly tickets starting November 28, the statement said. ADNOC Distribution acting chief executive officer, Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, said: “We highly value our customers, and we’ve actively engaged with over 14,000 of them through focus groups, workshops and surveys in recent months. “This has helped us better understand their preferences and develop our unique loyalty programme ADNOC Rewards.” Customers can register for ADNOC Rewards via the ADNOC Distribution app, website, or by visiting any of the service stations. In August, ADNOC Distribution announced that its H1 2019 year-on-year profit grew 4.3 per cent to Dhs1.17bn.
