Home Industry Real Estate Dubai developer Oriental Pearls signs branding deal with Tonino Lamborghini The deal will include branded elements at the Royal Pearls community by Staff Writer May 6, 2018 Dubai real estate developer Oriental Pearls has announced a “multi-million-dollar” brand deal with luxury Italian fashion and lifestyle firm Tonino Lamborghini for its upcoming projects. The deal gives Oriental exclusive rights to use the brand in Dubai’s real estate sector for at least 10 years and will add Tonino Lamorghini elements to its upcoming Royal Pearls community in Meydan One. Read: Work begins on Dubai’s record-breaking Meydan One Mall Oriental Pearls said it had the right to develop and operate branded clubs, lounges, restaurants, cafés, gyms, spas as well as Tonino Lamborghini flagship or mono-brand stores in the community. It will also offer luxury real estate concepts in association with the brand, “designed and furnished with the Tonino Lamborghini Casa design concept and furnishings as per the customer’s requirements”, according to the announcement. “Joining hands with Tonino Lamborghini enables us to offer our customers the ultimate bespoke living spaces, customised and fitted to designer premium standards that haven’t been seen yet in Dubai,” said Ma Guolong, CEO of Oriental Pearls. The wider Royal Pearls community spans 4. 6million square feet and features 7,500 freehold apartments. The first phase is due to be delivered by 2020. Tonino Lamborghini was founded by the heir of the Lamborghini family in 1981 but is a separate company to the famous car brand. In a visit to the region in 2014, Tonino Lamborghini CEO Gianluca Filippi said the brand had plans for hotels and retail stores across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
