Wizz Air Offers Dubai Passengers Priority Boarding

The service costs an additional €10 per flight on services to Kiev, Sofia, Budapest and Bucharest.

Low-cost carrier (LCC) Wizz Air is offering Dubai passengers extra space and priority boarding on its four routes from Dubai World Central.

Passengers who book the ‘Wizz Xtra Space’ option are seated in the front half of the cabin in a row where a middle seat is empty next to them, and in front of the emergency exit rows – and as an added perk, they can board before all the rest.

The service costs an additional €10 per flight on services to Kiev, Sofia, Budapest and Bucharest.

Passengers should not confuse the Xtra Space option with seat preference (the airline has a separate ‘Reserved Seat’ fare) and those seeking more legroom and want to sit in the emergency exit rows need to book the XXLong extra legroom product.

Most LCCs continue to offer some premium touches, although few have gone as far as flydubai, which recently installed a 12-seat business class.

Seven more business class destinations – Baghdad, Kuwait, Bahrain, Beirut, Riyadh, Dammam and Jeddah – will be added to its network in the next two months.
