Home GCC Weather alert: Convective cloud activity, rainfall warning for parts of UAE The UAE’s weather agency has issued a yellow alert for parts of the country by Gulf Business March 26, 2024 Image credit: SPA The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a warning of possible convective cloud activity along with rainfall over coastal and western areas of the country. The alert is in place for Tuesday, March 26 from 08:45 am onwards until 8 pm in the evening. Rough seas and rain The weather authority also warned of extremely rough seas with waves reaching up to 9 feet in the Arabian Gulf.
