The development, to be named ‘wasl 90’, will house four-bedroom homes with eight upgraded properties, boasting private swimming pools, landscape gardens and wooden gazebos. The development will employ 24-hour security and offer residents use of a clubhouse and children’s play area. “Wasl 90 serves to reinforce our commitment to offer high-quality living to our customers and addresses a robust demand for modern family homes in Jumeirah,” said Mohammed Al Hashimi, project manager, wasl properties.“ The project will use green initiatives during construction, including energy-saving light bulbs and air conditioning units and specially designed taps to minimise water waste. “Our positive impact extends to implementing a green philosophy during the construction process – we optimise the use of environmentally-friendly technology and incorporate energy-saving amenities to reduce our ecological footprint,” said Al Hashimi.
