Home UAE Dubai Video: Sheikh Mohammed visits Dubai’s Museum of the Future The façade of the complex includes 1,024 panels built using robotic technology by Varun Godinho October 4, 2020 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, was present on Saturday to witness the placement of the last panel on the Museum of the Future’s façade, which marks the start of the final phase of construction of the facility located near Emirates Tower. “Our goal is not to merely build engineering icons. Rather, it is to inspire mankind to build a better future,” said Sheikh Mohammed. “Dubai continues to build and the UAE continues on its path of achievements. Upon completion, it will feature seven floors of exhibition spaces and an immersive theatre too. Alongside Sheikh Mohammed at the event on Saturday, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Dubai Future Foundation, said: “Today we stand before one of the most innovative buildings in the world.
