Home Industry Hospitality UAE’s first Swissôtel hotel opens in Dubai There are two other Swissôtel properties in the Middle East by Staff Writer February 8, 2018 The UAE’s first Swissôtel hotel has opened its doors in Dubai after the rebranding of a property at Al Ghurair Centre, Deira. The property includes 428 hotel rooms and 192 apartments and is targeting business and leisure travellers. It was formerly managed by Abu Dhabi’s Rotana. Facilities include dining restaurants, a 20,000-square-foot spa with a fitness centre, swimming pool and tennis courts, six meeting rooms and a ballroom. The new opening comes following a partnership between Al Ghurair Properties and Swissôtel brand owner AccorHotels in July 2017.
