Home GCC UAE UAE weather update: Rains expected with a drop in temperatures Strong winds are expected to lower visibility across the country by Aarti Nagraj February 25, 2019 The weather will remain hazy in the UAE, with rains expected in parts of the country, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) reported. Temperatures will vary between 14 degrees celsius to 26 degrees in the coastal areas, between 12 degrees and 29 degrees in the internal areas and touch lows of 7 degrees in the mountains, with highs reaching 20 degrees. Strong northwesterly winds will also cause “blowing dust and sand” over the sea and exposed areas, with wind speeds predicted to reach up to 55km/h in the coastal regions.
