UAE weather update: Cloudy conditions, poor visibility expected in parts of the country

Overcast conditions are to persist across select parts of the country, associated with rainfall, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has reported.

Meanwhile, fresh winds causing potential dust storms are also anticipated, rendering low horizontal visibility over select Eastern and Western areas.

The UAE recorded its lowest temperature of 19.2°C in Raknah at 6.30am today.

Temperatures will vary between 23-39°C in the coastal areas, between 22-43°C in the internal areas and 20-34°C in the mountains. Meanwhile, humidity will hover between 20-90 per cent in the coastal areas, between 10-85 per cent in the internal areas, and 10-65 per cent in the mountains.

Similar cloud cover with light to moderate winds is expected to continue over the weekend, NCM added.
