UAE reshuffles foreign ministry; Dr. Anwar Gargash appointed adviser to the President

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, approved two cabinet reshuffles in the foreign ministry on February 10.

The appointments were done in the presence of Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and Khalifa Shaheen Al Marar were both appointed as ministers of state. Meanwhile, Dr. Anwar bin Muhammad Gargash and Zaki Nusseibeh, have taken on new roles as the diplomatic and cultural advisors to the President, respectively.
