Home GCC UAE UAE reshuffles foreign ministry; Dr. Anwar Gargash appointed adviser to the President Dr. Anwar Gargash and Zaki Nusseibeh were honoured with the Order of the Union by Gulf Business February 10, 2021 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, approved two cabinet reshuffles in the foreign ministry on February 10.
