UAE reports 861 new Covid cases, 887 recoveries

The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention has reported 861 Covid-19 cases on August 11.

The new cases were detected after 240,811 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus.

The health ministry also announced 887 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 981,065.

One death was reported in the last 24 hours, keeping the death toll to 2,339.

The Covid-19 nationwide case count has risen to 1,002,306
