The total number of cases detected has risen to 60,760. The Ministry of Health and Prevention said that the new cases were detected following 43,268 tests conducted to screen for the virus. There were no new deaths recorded over the preceding 24 hours. MoHAP has said that it aims to continue expanding the scope of testing nationwide, to further contain the virus.
