UAE reports 1,688 Covid-19 cases, 1,667 recoveries

The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention has reported 1,688 Covid-19 cases on July 7.

The new cases were detected after 271,133 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus.

The health ministry also announced 1,667 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 938,261.

No deaths were reported in the last 24 hours, keeping the death toll unchanged at 2,322.

The Covid-19 nationwide case count has risen to 958,070.
