The new cases were detected, after 267,653 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus. The health ministry also announced 1,023 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 902,447. No deaths were reported in the previous 24 hours, keeping the death toll unchanged at 2,305.
