UAE reports 116 Covid-19 cases, 173 recoveries

The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 116 new Covid-19 cases on October 14, raising the total number of recorded cases to 738,268.

The new infections were detected, after 320,554 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus.

The health ministry announced 173 recoveries in the past 24 hours as well, scaling the total number of recoveries to 731,805.

One death due to Covid complications was also reported, increasing the death toll to 2,117.
