Assistance in assessing potential risks to properties to mitigate future challenges. Working in collaboration with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), these developers have committed to providing necessary assistance to affected residents. Moreover, leading developers such as Emaar and MAG have announced plans to cover repair costs within their respective communities, further aiding in the recovery efforts.
